Home Heating Oil and Kerosene Prices
We have negotiated an agreement with Bottini Fuel for the 2025-26 heating season. Enrollment is open for one month, from June 17, 2025 to July 17, 2025.
In order to take advantage of the discounted prices, registered users must:
- Choose their supplier and pay the Buyers Community’s annual, non-refundable membership fee of $15.
- Contract with your supplier(s) through the link on our site’s membership page.
Please Note:
Stop your deliveries with your previous supplier if you are on automatic delivery.
All members will be required to be on automatic delivery with their fuel supplier.
Members who choose fixed or cap plans will need to estimate at least 300 gallons. Please read our site’s “How Our Process Works” before contacting your supplier(s), as it will make the process easier. Below are member prices for home heating oil and kerosene.
All price plans require commitment to Bottini Fuel’s terms and conditions.
There will be no additional fees applied.
Prices will stay in effect through June 30, 2026.
The New Hamburg Terminal price is the average of Global & Buckeye Terminal pricing, two of the largest terminals in Newburgh, NY. You can check the price paid by home heating oil suppliers at the New Hamburg terminal, where they collect their product. The price will be updated daily with the adder of $0.65 on your account page.
Home Heating Oil and Kerosene Prices
There Are Three Pricing Options for Home Heating Oil:
- Oil Fixed Price: The fixed price will be $2.799 per gallon if you sign up between June 17, 2025 and June 24, 2025 at 5:00pm. The price will update every Tuesday at 5:00pm. Updated prices will be posted on our website.
For the fixed price plan, gallons must be estimated and paid in advance at the time of commitment. If a member underestimates their usage and runs out of gallons, their price will revert to the variable price terms below. If a member overestimates liquidated damages may apply.
A budget plan is available for $0.10 per gallon over the prepay fixed price, upon credit approval.
- Oil Cap Price: The capped price is $2.799 per gallon, and the price will not go higher than this if you sign up between June 17, 2025 and June 24, 2025 at 5:00pm. The price will update every Tuesday at 5:00pm while enrollment remains open. Updated prices will be posted on our website.
Gallons must be estimated and there is a non-refundable enrollment cost of $.25 per gallon upon committing to the cap plan. No liquidated damages will apply. The delivery price will be determined by the most recently posted New Hamburg Terminal price, which is updated daily on Bottini’s online portal, plus $0.65. A budget plan is available, or you can pay Net 21 upon credit approval.
- Oil Variable/Floating Price: The delivery price will be determined by the most recently posted New Hamburg Terminal price, which is updated daily on Bottini’s online portal, plus $0.65. Gallons do not have to be estimated. A budget plan is available, or you can pay Net 21 upon credit approval.
There Are Two Pricing Options for Kerosene:
- Kerosene Variable/Floating Price: Deliveries will be priced at Bottini Fuel’s retail price on the day of delivery, with a $0.40 per gallon discount. The daily price will be posted on Bottini’s online portal, for those accounts set up with kerosene. A budget plan is available, or you can pay Net 21 upon credit approval.
- Kerosene Cap Price: The capped price is $4.499 per gallon, and the price will not go higher than this. Gallons must be estimated, and there is a non-refundable enrollment cost of $.25 per gallon upon committing to the capped plan. The daily price will be posted on Bottini’s online portal for those accounts set up with kerosene. A budget plan is available, or you can pay Net 21 upon credit approval.

Payments for deliveries may be made:
- On Bottini’s EZ Debit and EZ Credit Card feature, shown under “Make a payment” on your account page.
- On Bottini’s app for Android and Iphones.
- By mailing a check within 21 days from the day of delivery, subject to credit approval.
All members (except those opting for the variable/floating price) will need to specify the number of gallons they require for the season. Members are expected to order only the number of gallons they reasonably expect to use during the 2025-2026 heating season. This would normally not exceed 110% of what they used the previous heating season.
For fixed plans, excessive purchases (over 10% of actual usage) are subject to early termination fees, as per Bottini’s Fuel terms and conditions.

Oil Heating Service Plan Discounts for Members:
Bottini Service Plans (Bottini Service Plans) will be discounted for MHFBC members. There is a $50.00 discount on Bottini’s “Premium Plan”, and a $25.00 discount on all other plans.

Installations Discount: Boiler, furnace, and oil tank installations that are ordered after your fuel supply contract begins will be discounted 10% up to $500.00.
